COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
"Talent Forge" EOOD collects certain information provided by you when contacting our representative through your contact request and making an inquiry on the website, in connection with a specific search on your part, or in case of registration and participation in our event or initiatives, through the website, our Facebook page, through Google Analytics, or otherwise.
The purpose of collecting personal information is to respond to sent inquiries, messages and to carry out actions related to the goals and the subject of the Company's activity, which are related to the performance of intermediary activities for your benefit. The data and information you provide will not be collected for any other purposes, except for the fulfillment of our legal obligations as an intermediary acting on your behalf, or with your express consent in a specific case agreed with you.
We collect and store the following personal information:
v Data on subjects natural persons who send an inquiry in a contact form, or sign contracts with the company in its capacity as an intermediary company for the purpose of carrying out intermediation activity on employment of the person by the Company, and/or data of subjects physical persons who, in connection with the realized intermediation, enter into employment contracts with an employer on the basis of a successfully carried out intermediation activity on employment by the Company - three names, TIN or personal number of a foreigner, address, bank account number, email address for correspondence.
v Data on employers /local and foreign physical and legal entities/, with whom the Company has contractual relations in connection with carrying out intermediation activities for employment of persons at the employer - names; PIN or personal number of a foreigner, representative of the potential employer Company, his UIC, data from an identity document (when applicable), addresses – seat and management address, bank account, other data provided by the entity.
In its capacity as an intermediary company, carrying out intermediary activity on employment, the Company acts in fulfillment of Art. 27a of the Employment Promotion Act and is obliged by law to keep an electronic register of jobseekers and employed persons. The Employment Agency maintains a unified electronic centralized register of individuals and legal entities carrying out intermediary activity and/or providing temporary work. The public part of the register contains data only about the Company and circumstances related to its activity.
The electronic centralized register is maintained in an information system introduced by the Employment Agency, to which access is granted to the Company in connection with legally established obligations. It is conducted by the Company in fulfillment of a legal obligation of the intermediary company and contains information about the persons that is legally required, namely:
1. Name and PIN of the job seeker/employed person;
2. Education and professional qualification of the job seeker;
3. Number and date of the concluded intermediation agreement;
4. Name, UIC and address of the employer;
5. Position in which the person is employed;
6. Data on the concluded employment contract.
The company does not collect, process or store special categories of personal data /sensitive data/.
We may also request additional information, but only with your express permission or in the event that this information is necessary for the performance of the relevant service. In these cases, you will be asked for informed consent.
We process personal data for the following purposes:
v We process the data provided to us for the purpose of contacting the data subject, responding to inquiries, implementing intermediary activity, personalizing the content, improving the performance of our website, for marketing purposes, for research and analysis, and others, permitted or not prohibited by law.
v We process personal data for the purpose of concluding contracts with the data subjects in connection with employment intermediation.
v In addition to the above-mentioned specific purposes, the Administrator processes personal data also for the fulfillment of legally established obligations arising from the legal requirements regulating the activities of the Company, the financial and accounting activities, the activities on the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism, for the purposes of pension, health and social security activities, human resources management activities.
Data processing and storage terms:
Your information may be stored and processed at certain locations where we are situated in, in strict compliance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation.
The provided personal data are stored for the period of implementation of a given project, as well as within the statutory deadlines.
Personal data for accounting and tax audit purposes, as well as data related to donations received, are stored for a period of up to 10 years, and/or a longer period if applicable. In all other cases, which are not regulated by law, the Company stores the data for a period of 5 years.

Under the conditions provided in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) /GDPR/ and other applicable legal acts, you have the right:

2. To make objections, which are based on legitimate interest, against the processing of the data. You have the right to information and comment regarding the automated processing of your data, in the cases in which and if we use one, of which you will be duly notified.
3. To withdraw any despite your consent if the personal data is processed on this basis.
4. То correction - to request the correction or completion of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
5. To deletion - to request the deletion of your personal data, if there are grounds for this provided for in the GDPR.
